If you have received broken merchandise, you can contact us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Simply provide us with your order number and the damaged item. We will contact you for an exchange. Replacement is free and a new item will be sent to your home as soon as we receive the damaged item. Please note that you have 10 days from the date of receipt to claim a broken product.
I changed my mind about an article, what do I do?
If you wish to make a return, you can contact us at the following address: email@example.com. Indicate your name, email, telephone and your order number as well as the reason for the return. We will send you a return label. All orders can be returned for refund. Returns must be requested no later than 10 days from the date of delivery of the packages. Returned products must not have been damaged or washed and must have their original packaging. Please note that delivery charges of $12.99 apply.
It should be noted that there is no return on items if they have been washed or used. Any returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. in its original packaging.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the item. The refund is subject to the inspection of the returned product to know if it conforms to its originality. All products leave our store and are checked before shipping.
We offer you a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within five (5) days of your order date.

Price adjustment requests will be honored if items were purchased at the REGULAR RETAIL PRICE. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
