I changed my mind about an article, what do I do?
If you wish to make a return you can contact us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Send us your name, email, phone and order number as well as the reason for the return. We will send you a return label. All orders can be returned for Exchange or refund. Returns must be requested no later than 10 days after the delivery date of the packages. Returned products must not have been damaged or washed and must have their original packaging. Please note that delivery charges may apply.
It should be noted that there is no Exchange or return on the items if they have been washed or used. Any returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, either in its original packaging.
The refund will be made according to the original method of payment and will be processed within 5 days after receipt of the item. The refund is subject to the inspection of the returned product as to whether it conforms to its originality. All products depart from our shop and are checked before shipping.
